Kyle Woods is a dynamic producer, DJ, and screenwriter, seamlessly blending his diverse talents to create a unique artistic footprint. A recent Chicago transplant, Kyle's journey began with a deep-rooted passion for music, inspired by the behind-the-boards producers who crafted his favorite records. As a DJ, Kyle's sets are a rich tapestry of Chicago House, Disco, Rock, Hip Hop, and RnB, reflecting his expansive musical repertoire. He was the resident DJ for Solange’s brand, Saint Heron, from 2016 to 2019, where he captivated audiences with his eclectic mixes.

Transitioning from music production to film scoring, Kyle ventured into narrative storytelling, bringing his sonic expertise to the screen. Since 2015, he has composed scores for several award-winning shorts and feature films, demonstrating his versatility and creativity. In 2021, he began his exploration into writing with an original comic book, followed by screenwriting in 2022. Kyle has sharpened his screenwriting skills through intensive courses at Script Anatomy, including Televisionary, the Horror Development Lab, and the Horror Draft Intensive.

In his scripts, Kyle skillfully navigates the intersecting realms of Surreal Horror, Sci-Fi, and Comedy, infusing each genre with his distinctive voice and worldview. Whether behind the decks or the desk, Kyle Woods continues to push creative boundaries, making him a sought-after talent in both the music and film industries.
